 Intentional Discipleship Workshop Speaker
Phil has an impressive education, having earned the following degrees: M.S. Ed, M.Div., Th.M (spiritual formation), and D.Min (congregational development). Phil joined the clergy after first serving in education as faculty at the University of Central Florida. In his second career, Phil served as pastor to local congregations for 20 years. Phil’s current position is as the Director in the Center for Congregational Excellence in the Florida Conference. His role with the Conference includes the building of discipleship processes in the local congregation, the training of coaches for Natural Church Development, ReFocusing Leaders Networks, Transformational Coaching, and the development of kingdom leaders. He is a frequent speaker for training events. |
